We use qualified Inventory Clerks accredited by APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers) we carry out all the duties of a high street Agent from taking particulars, carrying out viewings, performing inventories, checking in your new Tenants and regular inspections dependent upon which package has been chosen.
Our office based team organise the viewings with our Agents, take care of all maintenance issues, liaising with Landlords as required and taking care of the day-to-day management and administration tasks involved with letting your property.
